A New Way

Thanks

Heartfelt thanks to our volunteers whose part in the success of the projects and the progress of the association is decisive. The wide range of talents, their loyalty and investment are a source of pride to the association.

The volunteers, both Jews and Arabs, accompany the projects with loyalty and with perseverance, and contribute of their varied abilities and their rich experience. They leave their mark on all aspects of the activity of the organization: improvement of the educational activity, the development of creativity, promotion of cooperation between the communities, and -- in the hour of need -- the solution of problems and overcoming of obstacles. The school principals especially praise the volunteers, and these are much appreciated by the teachers, the pupils, and the parents. We hope for additional volunteers with whose help we will be able to extend our activities.

The international music label Putumayo World Music has decided to contribute 1% of its proceeds from worldwide sales of the forthcoming Israel CD to A New Way. To be released on September 25, 2007, the CD's liner notes will include a statement that these proceeds support A New Way's efforts to develop tolerance, friendship and cooperation among Jewish and Arab children and parents in Israel. For more information about Putumayo and the CD, visit www.putumayo.com.
